Orders outside EU may be subject to taxes and duties and the receiver is responsible to cover them. 

PRE-ORDER items have a date on the description stating when they will be shipped. Items that have a pre-order discount are not considered sales, and are elegible for a normal return or exchange as the rest of full price items. 

ALL the other items ship within 24-48 business days.
