Returns and exchanges
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
At Feners we have a 14-day period upon receiving of your order to start the following process: you can make an exchange of size and/or product, or you can make a return and receive store credit to be spent on our store.
As an upcoming, artisanal Handmade-to-Order brand, we do not accept refunds, so we recommend that you purchase thoughtfully. You will be able to exchange your product for another product or store credit.
If you have questions regarding sizes or products, we highly encourage you to reach out to us here firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be happy to help in the process.
To make an exchange, you will have to make a normal return and place a new order for the desired product using the voucher we have provided for you.
Please remember the Product(s) must be returned unworn and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel.
For returns and exchanges we will provide a prepaid label.
The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount:
Shoes 10.00 (per pair)
Clothes 10.00 (regardless of quantity)
Please allow 15 business days to process your return from the day your package reaches our warehouse.
In case we can't provide a prepaid label for your country, you will need to ship the package yourself and provide tracking, insurance, and ensure all deliveries and duties are paid. You are responsible for your return until the parcel reaches our warehouse. Please ship to the following address:

All items sold during pop-ups and events are final sales.
