Please note that returns in store credit will be free of charge.

At Feners we have a 14-day period upon receiving of your order to start the following process: you can make an exchange of size and/or product, or you can make a return and receive a refund or store credit.

If you have questions regarding sizes or products, we highly encourage you to reach out to us here hello@feners.com, we will be happy to help in the process.

Please remember the Product(s) must be returned unworn and in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.), using the documents provided in the parcel.

For returns and exchanges we will provide a prepaid label.

The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount:

Please allow 15 business days to process your return from the day your package reaches our warehouse.

SALES

All items purchased during a sale event are eligible for return subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. We will issue store credit for the returned item(s), which can be used for future purchases.

No refunds will be provided for sale items under any circumstances. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The item(s) must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and labels.

SPECIAL ITEMS

Items such as socks, swimwear, candles, and jewerly can not be returned.
All items sold during pop-ups and events are final sales.
