EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You can start your return here.

At Feners, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or a return. Within this period, you may exchange an item for a different size or product (subject to availability), or request a return and receive a refund or store credit. Please note that returns refunded as store credit are free of charge.

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags and accessories. Please ensure the documents provided inside the parcel are included.

The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund amount:

Please allow 15 business days to process your return from the day your package reaches our warehouse.

BAGS
Due to the nature of this handmade-by-artisans product that comes from Bali, handbags have a no return no exchange policy. 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Products purchased with a pre-order discount are not considered sale items. These orders follow the same return and exchange policy as full-price items.

SALE ITEMS
Products purchased during an official Sale (such as Black Friday or promotional sales) are eligible for return, following our general return policy.
To qualify for return, items must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and labels.

ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS
Products marked as Archive Sale are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any form.
This category includes archive collections, past-season items, and clearance pieces offered at a special reduced price.

POP-UPS AND EVENTS ITEMS
All items sold during pop-ups and events are final sales and can not be returned.

SPECIAL ITEMS
Items such as socks, swimwear, candles, and jewerly can not be returned.
