ALL the other items ship within 24-48 business days.

Bags: Due to the nature of this handmade-by-artisans product that comes from Bali, handbags have a no return no exchange policy.

Products purchased during an official Sale Event (such as Black Friday or promotional sales) are eligible for return, following our general return policy. Products marked as Archive Sale are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any form.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
If all items in your order are in stock, we’ll ship within a few working days. For pre-orders, shipping starts from the estimated date shown on each product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll usually ship everything together once the pre-order item is ready.


What is pre-order?
When you see “Pre-Order” on a product, it means we’re creating it just for you. We only produce what’s been ordered to minimise waste and embrace slow fashion. Shipping starts once the collection is ready, and you’ll always find the estimated shipping date on the product page.

Since we’re a pre-order brand, if your order contains both a stocked item and a pre-order item, your order will be shipped together on the date the pre-order product is expected to ship.


What are the delivery times?
For in-stock items (non pre-order), orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and local holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Spain: 24–72h

  • Europe: 48–72h

  • US & UK: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the world: 5–9 business days

These are transit times after dispatch and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Please note that pre-order items are made-to-order and are not shipped at the time of purchase. They will be dispatched from the estimated shipping date shown on the product page. You’ll receive your tracking link as soon as your order is ready to ship.


Where is my tracking number?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the tracking number won’t be issued until the item is ready to ship — this is completely normal.

Can’t find your confirmation email? Please check your spam folder. If it’s still missing and your order should have shipped, contact us at hello@feners.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help.


Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once your order is confirmed, there’s a short window where changes or cancellations may still be possible, but only if the order hasn’t been processed yet. You may be able to add or remove items, change the size or model, or correct the shipping address, depending on timing and stock availability.

For pre-orders, modifications are only possible if the item has not yet entered production.

If you’d like to request a change, please email hello@feners.com as soon as possible with your order number. While we’ll do our best to help, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the order is confirmed.


How do I choose the right size?
Our pieces are generally true to size, so we recommend choosing your usual fit. Each product page includes specific fit notes and, where relevant, a detailed size guide with measurements in centimeters and international conversions.

Can I get notified when an item is back in stock?
If a product or size is sold out, click the “Notify me” button on the product page to join the waitlist. We’ll email you if it becomes available again.

While many items do return, some are limited edition or made on demand, so restocks aren’t always guaranteed. Availability depends on production capacity and may take several weeks.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). All payments are processed securely at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

How do I start a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, please visit our returns portal and follow the steps provided.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included.

If you’re requesting a size or product exchange, be sure to follow the instructions on the portal and include any required documentation in your package.


What is the time frame to request a return or exchange?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


Which products cannot be returned?
Most items are returnable, but the following exceptions apply:

  • Items marked as Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes archive collections, past-season items, and clearance products offered at special prices.

  • Special edition or handmade products, such as our Bali-made bags, are final sale due to their unique, made-to-order nature.

  • Socks, swimwear, candles, and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • All purchases made at pop-ups or events are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


Do I have to pay for the return label?
If you choose to exchange your item for a different size or product, or opt for store credit, the return is completely free of charge.

If you request a refund to your original payment method, the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund. Rates are as follows:

  • Spain: €5

  • Europe: €15

  • United States: €25

  • United Kingdom: €20

  • Rest of the world: €35


When will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed from the date it arrives at our warehouse. Once approved, your refund will be issued using the method selected during your return request.
