For orders outside the EU, US or UK, import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. If the package is refused, any return or customs costs may be deducted from the refund.

PRE-ORDER items have a date on the description stating when they will be shipped. Items that have a pre-order discount are not considered sales, and are elegible for a normal return or exchange as the rest of full price items.

ALL the other items ship within 24-48 business days.

Products purchased during an official Sale Event (such as Black Friday or promotional sales) are eligible for return, following our general return policy. Products marked as Archive Sale are final sales and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded in any form.
